Shipping Within Canada

We are proud to ship across Canada. We primarily use Canada Post for our shipments. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

• Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1-2 business days.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
• Transit times vary by destination but typically range from 2-7 business days after shipment.

Shipping to the United States

We happily ship to the United States! We can ship via Canada Post or USPS, depending on the best available rate and service for your location.

• International orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
• Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by US customs authorities upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
• Transit times to the US can vary but generally take 5-10 business days.

Order Processing & Tracking

Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment during our standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM MST).

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Please allow a few hours for the tracking number to activate in the carrier's system.

Shipping delays

While we do our best to get your order to you by the estimated date, sometimes delays outside of our control can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing (for international orders).

We will never falsely guarantee a delivery date provided by a shipping carrier. Please consider potential delays when placing your order, especially during holidays or peak seasons.
