Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Our goal is to ship quickly, accurately, and at fair rates.
Shipping Within Canada
We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and other national couriers.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: Typically 2–7 business days after shipment (varies by location and carrier)
Flat Rate & Free Shipping
- Flat Rate Shipping: Applies to orders under $125 CAD (before tax).
- Free Shipping: Orders $125 CAD and above qualify for free shipping within Canada.
Exclusions: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and certain remote or rural areas where additional carrier fees may apply.
Oversize & Heavy Items
A surcharge may apply for:
- Items over 1 metre (39") in length
- Items weighing over 50 lb (23 kg) actual or dimensional weight
Flat rate and free shipping may be shipped by carriers other than Canada Post.
PO Boxes: Flat rate and free shipping are not available for PO Box addresses. Please select a Canada Post option at checkout.
Real-Time Shipping Options
At checkout, customers can select real-time Canada Post or Purolator rates for faster or specialized delivery.
Shipping to the United States
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: Usually 5–10 business days (varies by location and customs)
Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
Duties & Taxes: U.S. customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by U.S. customs.
Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST). Tracking may take several hours to begin updating.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or holiday seasons. ToolStorm does not guarantee carrier delivery dates, but we will always assist if there are issues.
