Refund & Return Policy

We will accept your return of new, unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the exceptions listed below. Everything that was originally sent to you, including original packaging, must be returned to us or the return will be refused and returned to sender. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, and RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Once your return is approved and an RMA number is issued, the return must be received in our warehouse within 30 days. Issuance of an RMA Number is not a guarantee of return approval. Please write your RMA number on the package. Items missing an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:
• Special order items are subject to additional approval prior to an RA number being issued.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable.
• Gas powered equipment is not eligible for return if gas or oil has been run through it, and will instead be subject to manufacturer warranty review and approval.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS:
If a returned product is determined defective according to the manufacturer, we will honor the warranty according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Returns involving manufacturer warranties require additional processing time and are subject to manufacturer process and approval.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
Damaged and incorrect item claims must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt, and returned merchandise must be sent back within 30 days of claim approval.
Please inspect your order upon delivery for any damage prior to signing for or accepting the package. Damage must be reported to the shipping carrier to qualify for a claim and replacement, and please keep all packaging for inspection by the carrier.

REFUND PROCESS:
All returns will be professionally evaluated prior to a refund being issued. Any item that is no longer sellable as new will be refused and returned to sender.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the method of payment that was used to pay for your purchase. A restocking fee may apply. Return processing time is 5 to 7 business days from receipt in our warehouse.

RETURN SHIPPING:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package, as TOOLSTORM is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment.
Pre-paid return labels are only offered in the event of a TOOLSTORM’s error.
